Hi Bernard, I suppose I got into your books rather late – just a few years ago. My dad was a big big fan of yours but because of this I thought it would not be my type of writing (he is an old fuddy duddy). But I watched the Sharpe telefilms and then one Christmas I bought a Grail book for my dad and had a sneak preview – I have been hooked ever since. I have read his whole collection of your books and I have just finished ‘The Burning Land’. All I can say is WOW. I love your books. Do not change anything. Just write as quickly as you can ! And try and get some more film deals please. The Saxon Books, Grail Quest, Sharpe, the Arthur books, all bloody brilliant ! Thank you.
