You will not remember me but I wrote to you nearly 14 years ago to say how much I was enjoying the Warlord Series as I had had a serious car crash and dreamt of Merlin et al whilst under anesthetic. You wrote back with a lovely letter which I still have and I have just finished Burning Land which is all up to the usual brilliant standard and teaching me about the history of which I was unaware. Keep up the great work. Incidently – I lost my left leg 3 years after the crash through infection so am in a wheelchair but still going strong as are all your characters
