I love your comments on your contact page. As a writer, I completely understand your “conditions” for contact. Oh, to be well known enough to need conditions! What I wanted to say was just how much I enjoy your writing. I began reading Sharpe in California, nearly fifteen years ago. Since then, I have devoured every book on Sharpe, the Arthur books, the Saxons, the Grail and any other I could find with your name on it. My husband and I are currently working our way through the Sharpe video series, courtesy of Netflix. Sean Bean is amazing, as is Darragh O’Malley. When I read, I hear their voices and see their faces. There are few authors that I spend my time with, since I spend much of my time writing my own stories. I don’t write historical fiction, but I do love to read it, and yours is at the top of my list. Thank you for creating Sharpe and Harper. Also, for your vision of Arthur. Very imaginative. Loved every one. Please keep up the good work, and I look forward to more Sharpe. Will also be looking for The Burning Land in 2010. Again, thank you for the richness you have added to my life.
