Dear Mr. Cornwell, some months ago I read the German translation of The Lords of the North. I was fascinated by this book and couldn’t stop reading since I finished it. After that I couldn’t thing about anything else than read another book you wrote. Unfortunately I was not able to get an other book of the Saxon Stories in the library and so I started the Grail Quest with the Harlequin, then read the Winterking, the Vagabond and today I started to read Stonehenge. Unfortunately my English isn’t good enough to express how much joy this books brought to me. I love the heroes, I suffer and mourn with them and I hate their enemies and I even enjoy the battles (although I always thought I’m really peaceable)! Wow! I just want to thank you for this great books and I’m happy that there are lots more, just waiting for me to read them. Thank you very much! Pia Steffens
