Loved Sword Song. when will the next Saxon Story be out? thanks. Dennis O’Shea

Mr Cornwell. Not being a big reader (brain has been numbed by Television and video games), I took a chance by buying ‘The Last Kingdom’ in Summer 2007. Two weeks later I bought the next 2 books in the series as I loved the first so much. I read Sword Song recently, and I was wondering when do you envisage the next in this series will be published as I just cannot wait. Thank you for reigniting my love for reading. I wanted to thank you for opening my mind and imagination to the literary world…I’ve never been much of a reader, but since 1st reading the “The Last Kingdom” about 18 months ago, I’ve found a world of enjoyment reading the remaining Saxon Series and now have just finished the Arthur Books…Tremendous!!! I have also read a couple of other authors during that time as well…Thank you to opening my eyes to a wondrous new world!! I have also shared your books with my father, a friend, and a sibling…although, all three being avid readers, they are all now hooked on Bernard Cornwell as well!! PS…I am anticipating another book following the “Sword Song”…are there plans for such?? Gratefully yours, Mark Maddox
