Dear Mr Cornwell, I am a huge fan and have read quite a lot of your work. I have just finished “Fallen Angels” . Which I thourght was not up to your usually spell binding self . I found it a tad “Mills & Boon” no offence intended. I have found the romance in your other books to be really beliveable honest and gritty not at all mushy. I know this book was written with a co-writer , and have heard romours that Susannah Kells is a psudonym for your good lady wife I don’t know sir perhaps it’s just the fact that it is from the heroine’s point of view that I’m not used to or the fact that there is input from a different writer ergo a different style that the book didn’t work for me. Please don’t be offended sir I just wanted to tell you my opinion I really do love all the other books I have read the whole Sharpe series, the Grail Quest series, the Warlord Chronicles, Last kingdom. and now The Pale Rider, also Stonehenge, and Gallows Thief. I am looking forward to reading the next in the series Lords of the North, as soon as I can get a copy. Keep doing what you do. N Porter
