I am on book 5 (“The Burning Land”) of the Saxon series, still have “Death of Kings” to go, I see your next book in the series “The Pagan Lord” is coming out shortly.

QUESTION: Why are your books released in England before the U.S.?  “The Pagan Lord” will be out in England in September ’13 but not in the U.S. until January ’14
