I assume you’re aware of the recently discovered Saxon gold in Staffordshire (http://tinyurl.com/yj9xkvc). It’s a fascinating enough story in itself, of course, but I wonder, given that the articles states “Archaeologists… have already said it will rewrite the history of Anglo Saxon England, and the pugnacious kingdom of Mercia where it was found” whether this will influence the plot of the subsequent books in the Saxon Series? (Halfway though The Burning Land, by the way – it’s just as enjoyable as the rest of the series).
