Just to say that due to an inspired decision to have Richard Armitage reading Lords of the North, I am now “listening” to all of the books of the Saxon Stories. All of the readers give good “readings” but I have to say that Richard Armitage gives a supreme “performance”.I am now in the process of buying all of the books in this series which I can read at leisure whilst having had the benefit of hearing the difficult pronunciation of Saxon place names.
