Dear Mr. Cornwell,
My name is Kristina and I am from Slovakia. I really need to tell you how I became the lover of your books, especially Saxon stories that I ve started reading 6 years ago by accident. I purchased ,,The Lords of the North” in local book store in our small town, I didnt know that its already 3rd edition after The Last Kingdom and The Pale Horseman. But I fell in love with that book so I started to search more information and found out that there is something like “The Saxon Stories” so I hurried to buy The Last Kingdom and the others. Its really hard to find these books here in Slovakia even worse for me cause I read it in English because I dont like Slovak translation (I find my language not as rich as yours and English gives it authentical atmosphere)- I had to wait 3 months to get “Death of Kings”. At this moment I am reading The Empty Throne and I am near the end and I have this feeling to write you this mail and share my joy that I had that fortune to meet your book at store in “English language” section. I love the language, love the crude writing and the way you depicting the art of war, true fights between religions and historical note. Thank you for that, can t wait to buy Warriors of the Storm hope I would be lucky enough to find it here, its difficult. I am very sorry for my English I guess there are a lots of grammar mistakes so i believe your eyes wont hurt much.
I wish You all the best in Your personal life and career, good health (that is the most important) and may only the kind people surrounding You. :)
