U.S. Naval Officer Ethan Fortner, a hero of the War in the Pacific, is haunted by a personal tragedy and the horrors of the Pearl Harbor attack. As 1943 approaches, he is offered a new way to fight in the global conflict; by serving in the Office of Strategic Services.
