An unputdownable read. I thought Conn Iggulden's 'Emperor' series was good, but this book, the first in a new series, has already hooked me for the duration. Mr. Iggulden could write fifteen of these and assure sales to me at least. Temujin, the boy who is to become Ghengis Khan is such a character that you find yourself supporting him wholeheartedly when he murders his older brother - he's written as a remarkable leader and I can believe it fully. You really want to get a copy of this book. Trust me.
